A little less than a year ago PVthin, together with the European Technology and Innovation Platform for Photovoltaics (ETIP PV), SolarPower Europe, the European Solar Manufacturing Council, and the IEC System for Certification to Standards Relating to Equipment for Use in Renewable Energy Applications (IECRE) started a Joint Mission Group (May 2020) with the aim of guiding and supporting the European Commission in the development of Eco-Design, Energy Labeling and Green Public Procurement criteria for solar photovoltaic modules, inverters and systems.
